Alas coming to the end of another year with new designs and products in the making. Its been a while since our last and I do apologize for the delay but set backs do sometimes hinder ones progression forward. With the coming new year I wish everyone the best in all your adventures. From our move to the West Coast weve finally have been allowed some breathing room and thus begin back with our production of Folkish creations. In the works is a childs viking slat bed for my son to go with his viking toy chest and runic toddler table. We are expanding to do more wall hangings this coming year as well as Yule ornaments for next season. I would like to thank everyone who had given us support and the encouragement through out our designs. All are so very much appreciated…..looking foward to reading more comments be them likes or dislikes….thank you all!

Here to the coming year with new designs and creation’s. At long last the bunk beds are finally at home with two very beautiful little girls who’s smile made it worth the work indeed!

So far this year has been some what more creative than the last with the bunk beds freeing up more time to bring out new ideas that’s been awaiting release for such a while.

My son asked for some wooden shields recently and with his words brought to life such which adorns his bedroom wall’s now. He has been such a huge inspiration to me through all this and everything I do is thanks to his little life. With his shields and toy box decided to make him a runic toddler table so he would be able to color at his own specail place. Seeing his face light up with my crafts truly make’s it all worth it. I’ve designed a few more creation from a portrait of my son to memorial carvings of long lost friend/family. Much more is on the table for this coming year especially with my sons upcoming 4th birthday which will be the making of his viking slat bed. Looking foward to having him help me assemble it of which pictures will be coming once complete.

Currently have in stock some very nice drinking horns which measure 18-22 average in length. Will be carving designs in a few and keeping some for custom orders of course. If anyone is interested in such please feel free to contact us about your desire.

Id like to thank every one who has showed support to us in our creations and look foward to bring to life more of the designs we all hold dear and true to our hearts.

New beginnings….

July 4th was my sons 3rd birthday and with together we assembled his viking toy chest together. he was such a big help with this and it was alot of fun with his excitement while doing this. Now its the new home to his toys which will always be cherished and hopefully oneday given to his son as well. Recently finished a blacksun wall clock which will adorn anyone wall with a sence of mystery as well as strength as the hours tick away. Through a friend whos creativity help bring to life a Swiatowid carving which brings back to live the old slavic God in all his glory! Ideas are abound just finding time to put them to wood is the only thing. As with the others Ive designed the first VSC supporter shield and members shield which will proudly adorn the walls of those who are part of this club.

Ive a number of ideas and future projects in the planning and I do look foward to everyones comments and possible ideas as well…..through my Faith, Folk and Family there is nothjing that the mind cannot achieve…thank you all!

After considerable time and patience as well as several mistakes the long awaited viking style slat bunk beds are about complete. With around a year and half of work and occasional complications my brothers beautiful daughters will soon be sleeping in their new beds. A lot of care has gone in to this creation especially considering whom to which will lay their heads upon and I can look at it all with a growing sense of accomplishment and pride as another creation comes into being. The designs range from Celtic knot work animals to Slavic and Germanic folkish symbols. I know this will be something their family will cherish forever thought out their family and that alone makes it worth my efforts for their beautiful smiles.

Yule is about half a year away thus bringing me to begin new designs for Yule tree decorations from black suns, Slavic sunwheels to runes which will be proudly adorne any heathens tree or home. These cut outs will vary in size depending on the design with the biggest being 14 inch round black sun for adorning ones home, hof or office walls. These items will be available around October for ordering so that they will be ready for Yule. If anyone is considering any of these or other ideas please send us a message/email and we will thrive to accomplish your desire.

In between creations Ive managed to start and complete my sons viking stye toy chest which measure 36x14x14. His name proudly adorns the lid in the elder futhark of his ancient ancestors. The front is a Celtic knot wok style beast whose eyes never stray from watching this little ones life. Sides are a simple yet intricate spiral knot work for such a bond of our love for him which knows no end from Midgard and far into the Halls of Valhalla,

As with his new place to horde his toys he will be able to color and draw at his elder futhark toddler table which will also be ready for his upcoming 3rd birthday. The elder futhark will adorn the sides all the way around thus giving him the wisdom of our Folk as well as inspiration in his desire to learn as he grows into a young man.
